A SNEAK PEEK INTO THE MAKING OF NETFLIX’S PROJECT POWER

Directors Henry Joost and Ariel Schulman spun a whole different level of creativity while filming the action-packed Netflix Blockbuster – Project Power. Although traditional storyboards prevail the filmmaking industry, the duo used a different approach – they visited the location of the scene, took pictures of themselves acting the scene out, and then added their annotations and sketches to share with the crew to set expectations! We got our hands on some of these pictures for you to take a look at from Six Flags in New Orleans.

This is what Directors Henry Joost & Ariel Schulman had to say about this particular scene, “This was one of the coolest and eeriest locations we’ve ever seen. This Six Flags has been abandoned since the day before Hurricane Katrina and is overrun by wild animals. We had to have several animal control people to protect the crew from the alligators, snakes, and wild boar.”

And here’s a snippet of what the scene actually looked like from the movie, but make sure you watch the film on Netflix to watch the entire scene!
